MuniLogic supports calendars, contacts, and tasks - making it easy to integrate day-to-day communications.

My MuniLogic:
My MuniLogic is the centralized communication portal (or dashboard) which provides all weekly calendar items and tasks. This provides a weekly overview of events and a resource to visit daily to ensure task completion.

MuniLogic integrates full calendar functionality for scheduling of events, inspections and other appointments.

Capabilities of Communication's Calendar:

  • Full calendar views by day, week, month. Create calendar items in a familiar Microsoft® Outlook® style.
  • Create reoccuring calendar items.
  • Create shared calendars for departments, field personnel, groups, etc. Access other users calendars to view availability or assigned appointments.
  • Establish reminders for appointments.
  • Set a priority on an appointment.
  • Create all-day events.
  • Produce reports based upon calendar views.

Managing contacts is easy with MuniLogic built-in contact management system. Store reoccurring contacts so you never have to type them again. All contacts can be retrieved for use in other modules, such as; permit, license and subdivision applications.

Capabilities of Communication's Contacts:

  • Full contact views by list, category, and address cards. Create contacts in a familiar Microsoft® Outlook® style.
  • Sort by alphabetical order or display only contacts by letter.
  • Store contacts by category.
  • Link documents to contacts.
  • Perform contact searches for each retrieval.
  • Store private contacts with restrictions for viewing and editing.
  • Produce contact reports based upon individual contact or contact list.

Create and assign task to other MuniLogic users or entire departments. MuniLogic tasks are also used for system notifications. You can configure MuniLogic to notify you of any event that occurs within the system; such as a resident request-for-service being cancelled.

Capabilities of Communication's Tasks:

  • Full task views by All, Active, Type, Overdue, Assignment, Completed, and Module. Create tasks in a familiar Microsoft® Outlook® style.
  • Use tasks to provide general notifications pertianing to system events and status reports.
  • Send tasks to an individual or an entire department.
  • Set prioritities and due dates.
  • Receive receipts to confirm delivery of your tasks.
  • Link documents to tasks.
  • Create reoccuring tasks.
  • Perform task searches for each retrieval.
  • Produce task reports based upon an individual task or task list.
